... that's where my S&B is. I'm a solo female RV'er and hit the road (a.k.a.
ran away from home) after my DH -- who NEVER wanted a motor home --
died unexpectedly five years ago.

I started out with an older "B" and have traded up twice. I now love my
35-foot gasser, a 2000 Holiday Rambler Vacationer with two slides. I tow a
2001 Honda CRV and am supervised -- uh, accompanied -- by two elderly
yappy dogs who get along very well.

I'm a retired public radio reporter and volunteer at national & state parks
and wildlife refuges around the country. I travel in my MH about six months
out of the year, and next year have seven months of volunteering
scheduled from Washington State to Louisiana. Maybe someday I'll fulltime,
but I need a home base for now.

So that's me. I look forward to getting to know you all.

Welcome, hope you're out of the Valley and in warmer weather. Just spent the afternoon getting the snow cleared off the top of the MH so we can head south on this Sunday. We ain't coming back to the Valley until mid June.
