Just found this forum and happy to be here. My name is Eileen and my husband is Michael. We are new to RVing and are loving it.

Purchased a 1985 Fleetwood Prowler and 1987 Club Van XL on eBay and flew up to Colorado to drive it back. Yes, we are crazy.

Looking forward to reading and posting here.

Eileen and Michael,

Welcome to iRV2.com. It's great to have some more fellow Texans on board.

Be sure to check out the Texas Boomers down in the South Central Region forum - there's a Hill Country group that has get-togethers in the central Texas area, and our next statewide rally will be at Easter here in the Houston area. We'd love to have you join us any time your schedules permit.

Rusty

Well in THAT case, yall should fit in RIGHT NICELY!

Welcome to the forum.

Like Rusty and Ken have already posted there is a whole passle of folks from Texas that get together quite often named "The Texas Boomers".

There is NO doubt in my mind if yall get a chance to camp with them yall will have a GREAT time.

(Don't go tellin them I said this )

Don't want to give them the "Big head" or anything but between you and me, they are some fine folks.

Again welcome to the forum. I'm lookin forward to seeing yall post about the trips and such with yalls rig.

Eileen and Michael -

Ya'll come anytime - we'd love to slobber all over that new rig and help break it in. We DO bring our own slobber rags to clean up!

Ya'll have fun, enjoy your travels and meet up with the Texas Boomers any time you can.

You'll notice on this forum all the various get togethers - since your post says your from "Central Texas" - that covers a lot of Texas ground! If you'll let us know, I'll put you in touch with a Texas Boomer that probably right there where you live!

Look forward to meeting ya'll in person!
Sandy
