In the stick house right now in Texas City, TX.
Just returned from 6400 miles up to New England and back. Left Mother's day and returned about 3 weeks ago. We pulled a Montana 3400RL with an F350 KR CC LB DRW.

I've decided I don't like setting up and tearing down the TV, so with only a few days to go on the 1st Anniversary of the 5th wheel, we traded it in for a 2008 Winnebago Destination. DW says she still likes the 3400RL, but I'm thinking of giving her her choice of TOAD colors.

Joined the U.S. Marine Corps in 1960 and retired in 1984. Stayed in the civilian community for 10 years and then decided I needed a job with job security and went to work for NASA as a Civil Servant. Worked in Information Technology Security. I'd tell you what I did in the USMC, but then I'd have to shoot y'all.

Amateur Radio Operator, KE5QG
Dive Master (PADI) but I don't dive anymore
Opinionated
Arrogant
Typical male chav. (Cant spell it)
Full of information, some good, some not so good.

Willing to share any and all experiences that I WILL have with the new MH. Hoping to get ALL the information that I can from the members of this forum on various problems that may arise.

Thanks for having me.

What model Destination did you buy? Gas or diesel? We just completed a 3600 mile trip in our 39W gasser.

Wayne M - Welcome to the site. Don't forget to check out the Texas Boomers while you're here. A lot of good Texas folk and we all get together for regular rallys around the state. Madame Boomer is our Leader-of-The-Pack and she can give you all the good info-poop on the group. Again, welcome Marine and thanks for your service.
