Hi

DH and I are new to these boards but not new to camping/rving. We started in a tent over 30 years ago and did the gradual upgrades - a pop-up, then a 22 ft tag along (that went cross country on two separate 3 week trips!) then a Class A Damon Challenger that we loved but bought 2nd hand and it needed more work that we felt it was worth (in hindsight wish we had spent the money on it!) Traded in for a brand new Dutchmen Class C in 2007. Just sold that rig as it was not as comfortable as the A, and the quality was not what we were used to.
We are now looking for a gently used Winnebago Sightseer - either 29R or 30B - we like both floor models and the smaller size is perfect for the family camping and car events that we go to. Not ready for the "big rig" yet but want to be comfortable with some "living" space. Daughter, hubby and grandkids now have a huge 5th Wheel so it's just the two of us most times....

Glad to have found these boards and already got some great feedback from 29R owners - expect to be lurking around checking out all the different threads as we continue our search for the "perfect rig".

Cindi

Hello, Cindi, and a belated welcome to iRV2. Good luck with your shopping - the Sightseer is a oipular rig and they get snapped up quickly.
