Right now we are the not so proud owners of a small Nomad travel trailer that was recently totaled due to water damage. It doesn't look hopeful that the insurance company will pay for repairs. So we are looking for a replacement. Like bigger, newer and not moldy. Hopefully we can glean some wisdom from more experienced RV owners.
Looking forward to a great summer!

Wow!! Sure can relate .... bought a 89 Southwind ... found out AFTER I got it home ... tons of water damage and leaks .... traded it in on our current MH and even made $750 on the old one!!!
Ps: don't take the chickens camping .... the neighbors will hate it!!
Welcome!!!

Nope. Helping with chickens while we are away equals free eggs. No problem getting chicken sitters☺

Welcome. My husband and I just left Gold Beach Friday and are salmon fishing with 8 other dear friends on the Rogue River in Shady Cove OR. This has been an annual event with the same group for many years. Like most of our favorite spots we found it by accident 10 years ago. Enjoy your adventures.

Welcome to the irv2 gang, Shannon & Ron! Sorry to hear about your RV damages.

You came to the right place to find information. Folks here have helped us a lot as we researched RV options and all the gadgets and stuff needed to go with it! Good luck (both with insurance and with your RV research)!
