Hello from Washington

New member checking in.
Don't think we can really be classified as newbies, as we started rv'ing in the late 70's with a 19' tt, back when our kids were still kids. They're not kids anymore but they still have fond memories of those times.
Anyway, after a gap of more years than I'd like to admit, we decided to get back into the game. We enjoy going out to the ocean, especially the Oregon coast. We did our first extended trip this past summer with stops in Mt, ND, SD, IA, KS, CO, UT, & ID. A few glitches along the way, but all in all a nice trip. Look forward to heading out again soon, before the rains start!!

Me&Margie...
Welcome to iRV2!! We are glad you have joined the forum - it certainly sounds as if you may have enough experience to join in and help some less experienced members.

I agree about the Oregon coast ...it is one of my favorite spots.

Again...welcome to the forum. We hope you visit & post often.

Welcome to the Club!

Glad to see another Web-Foot (Washingtonian) is here!
We have only 'recently' started RVing, but already know this is the right path for us. We are planning a 3 month trip, leaving in March 2010, and going as far as Florida.
Where in Washington are you located? We live in Camas, east of Vancouver.

Thanks for the welcome everybody. I know we can learn alot from this site and hopefully maybe even contribute a little.
We are located south of Stanwood, which is North of Everett, about halfway between Seattle & Vancouver, BC.
Looks like I'd better get busy & figure out how to add a signature to my posts.
Take care.................Marv
