New to this forum, so saying Hello.
I will be retiring in (8) months so preparing to get set for some serious traveling.
In the last six months have aquired a 2001 Volvo 610 and a '97 Alfa 36' with three slides.
Towing with this "Gentle Giant" is unbelievable.
Really anxious to get rolling.
Building my own bed and will be hauling my Harley on it as well.
Real nice forum here. I have been lurking for a few months, and look forward to participating.
Cheers,
Bob

Glad to have you on board Bob!

There's a whole section on iRV2 for the heavy haulers like yourself. Pulling that 36 footer has to be a dream with the Volvo. I bet it really flattens out the hills

Continued welcome to you, Hdonlybob.

Dave & I get down to WV to CG's at least once a year. My favorite is Briar Point CG at Stonewall & we've also been to Canaan Valley, Flatwoods RV Park & Revelle's (now a Jellystone, I think).

I see you're from an area just below Cumberland, MD. If you know of any good CG's in that area, I'd be interested in your suggestions. For the past couple years, we've been coming through Cumberland in fall, after camping in Bedford, PA. If there's a good CG in that area, we'd like to try it out.

Also, if you get a chance, check out the North Central Region forum. There are several of us that camp together that are from the OH/PA border area. We'd love to have you join us.

Joe,
I am up on the far opposite county of WV from you. Just south of Cumberland MD in Mineral County WV.
Cheers,
Bob
