Hello from Williams AZ

Hi Everyone:

My husband KC and I live in Phoenix but bring the RV to Williams (Railside RV Ranch) each summer. He comes up each weekend and I spend many full weeks here with one weekend per month down in Phoenix.

Love Williams and Railside RV

We love Railside RV ranch. There are 3 other RV parks in the area but the staff here is unbeatable. There are BBQ every Saturday night and hot breakfast every Sat and Sun! The Grand Canyon RV Park is okay but it's pure asphalt. If you are interested in the train (Grand Canyon Railway - The Official Site) the staff here can coordinate getting you tickets and driving you the 5 minutes to and from the station. Let me know if you have any questinos about the area. This is our second full summer up here.

Thank you very much. It sounds like what we are looking for as a base camp. We are trying to get our two grandsons together for a mule trip down the Grand Canyon. What with soccer, baseball, and who knows what else, it's alot like herding cats. I know they have Trailer Village up at the canyon but I think there would be more to see and do in town.

We stayed there one May on our way to Ark. very nice. we took the train to the Grand Canyon and enjoyed the trip. Very clean not very crowded easy to get in and out. It snowed the time we were there in the beginning of May.
