Hi All -
We are a multi-generational traveling family (grandparent, parent, and son/grandson) based out of California just north of the Bay Area. We have been RVing in a motorhome for 10+ years now and recently upgraded from our beloved 1999 Fleetwood 29V class C to a brand-new 2016 Winnebago Vista LX 27N class A - after a short stint of owning a new 2015 Winnebago Brave 26A (which is another nightmare story in itself...). We generally RV over 50k miles a year and have experienced many things - both good and bad!
Our many journeys are for both business and pleasure - including getting a picture of my son in front of each state capitol building. We are over halfway there at 28 capitols and counting, and, of course, Hawaii required a boat trip.
Our latest adventure involved finally getting set up to tow a vehicle behind the Vista in lieu of renting one each time we land at a destination. We have enjoyed bringing along our Jeep YJ wrangler and are now (for the comfort of our senior family member) getting set to tow our 2013 Chevy Spark instead.
We are happy to get started on these forums and look forward to sharing ideas and stories!
