Hello to all

New member to this forum. We just purchased our first Class A motor home this past week. It is a new 2009 Itasca Latitude 39N, had the bunk area converted to storage and closet. We had a Hitchhicker 339RSB Discover American for the past three years and live down south in AZ for the past three winters and headed to our place at Happy Travels Resort in Surprise AZ this weekend. It is taking some getting use to, miss some of the room and inside storage (mainly desk area) and not sure how we are going to hook up the high speed internet in this rig, wiring a lot different and will have to do some serious studing of that matter. What we have used the unit for so far we do like and when the good wife gets use to the new area and living in the different quarters I think we are going to enjoy the Class A more than the 5th wheel. We live in Kansas now, just moved here from Colorado this summer, family here so thought we should spend more time with them when not traveling. Do miss Colorado and will have to spend at least one month each summer or fall out ther on the front range. Both my wife and I are retired now, wife just retired this year when we moved and I retired Oct.1, 2007. Was with the government for forty one years and with several different agencies, last agency was for 21 years and I was a Special Agent with that agency. Wife was a nurse for 47 years and said she has not missed it now that she is gone from the everyday activities. I look forward to keeping up with RV news on the forum and I was and still am with the Hitchhicker forum which is a very good group of folks but most information pertains to 5th wheels and now I need to keep up on the Motor Home news. Safe travels to everyone and hope we can meet on the road at times in the future. Dick and Chris
