help with powergear leveling 140-1179

acHelp with powergear leveling system gulfstream independence 2007 p/n 140-1179. we reporgramed the panel as suggested , found flashing lights and levels wouldnt retract. followed instructions , all worked fine. retracted and descended. tested and fine. all jacks worked. Once the ignition is shut off we need to reprogram it all over again. . this happened a few times. why is it not holding program as before.

In the meantime it would help if you told us if these jacks are hydraulic or electric.

Thank you for your time , it is hydraulic jacks and we have added fluid and problem still exists

What i want to know is if they had this problem with dewald powergear leveling system back in 06 progressively , why was it cont to be installed in our 2007 gulfstream bought new. who do i complain to ? so many people for years have been given the runaround with this same item. unfortuneatly it only now in 2010 that it became our problem.
