Good day everyone, I would like to introduce myself and the family, first of all my name is Roby, the DW is Vi and we have a 3 year old Bishon named Beacon, we purchased our motorhome last Feb, it is a 89 Winnebago Chieftan, we basically gutted the interior, put in a laminate floor in place of the nasty rug, put 2 single beds in the BR and completely cleaned the rest, put two flatscreens in and redid the steps, thats about all for right now, we enjoyed several trips in the MH and hope to do more, we were supposed to winter at Myrtle Beach, but a health issue came up so that was cancelled, (maybe nest year), we are interested in workcamping next winter, and cant wait to make new friends as we travel, yes we are retired, but would like to spend the summer months in our home state (Pa), any tips or suggestions would be appreciated, thanks and enjoy the ride!!

Howdy Rob and Vi! Sounds like a lot of work on your moho...why not post some pics to show it off? Welcome to the forum.

Hi Robi & Vi. Welcome to the forum. Best of luck with the health issue/s. Here's hoping it is resolved as quickly as possible. If you want to workcamp and be further south in the winter, I'd check for positions with the Florida State Parks system. Best to you.

Roby, Welcome to the forum. Sorry about your winter plans changing. Just know the weather there is better than here in PA. Congrats on your MH. Post some pics of what youv'e done...
