Hello everyone. We just purchased our first 5th wheel, a 27' Pilgrim. We are looking forward to our first trip and sleeping somewhere other than in the driveway. At this point we are just learning about some of the idiosyncrasies as prior to this we had a camper. Anyway it looks like a great site and I'm sure I'll have lots of questions.

Welcome aboard!

You might want to create a signiture that lists your location and, especially, describes your RV. It can help those wanting to respond to any questions you ask give you something more specific.

And don't be shy about participating, including telling us all about your travel and camping adventures. Oh, and we REALLY like photos here.

Happy trails...

Thanks for the tips, I will do as you suggest.
We live in the Kootenays, in beautiful British Columbia. As well as camping in BC we hope to travel through Washington, Idaho, and Oregon. We are blessed with such a beautiful country (Canada, US) that we should never run out of places to go.
Right now I'm pulling the 5th wheel with a 1979 Ford 3/4t I've largely rebuilt, another work in progress.
Sorry for babbling, have a great Easter holiday
