Hi all from a semi newbie

Hi from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We purchased a 2012 Thor Chateau last year and love the camping life. Still getting used to all the things we need to do to keep the RV in great shape so I welcome all the hints, suggestions and thoughts. Right now we're cleaning up a mess in the "dry" compartment as I'm guessing the seal on the door was bad. Replaced the seal and presently taking up the flooring and linoleum to replace it with starboard....guessing that's the best bet. Next will be caulking with.....suggestions? This is the compartment, under the bed, passenger side, back. Any and all suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks all. Lynnda

Lynda, Report this as "leak in dry compartment, how to fix?" May get more response from that. Good luck,

Lynne
