Hi everyone, my wife and I became full
timers June 2017 and love it. We have a 2014 Georgetown xl 38 footer which tow a jeep wrangler and a harley. On our first run out we hit 31 states and traveled 8,000 miles. Spending the winter (our first) in Jacksonville, Fl. We will be heading for Texas in May. Hope to see ya all in our travels. [emoji3]

We are heading to Waco at the end of May. Plan to stay a month. Can anyone recommend a Rv park? I have a 38ft Georgetown with a jeep.

Just north of Waco off I35 is the “I-35 RV Park”. We’ve stayed there and found it ok. They serve a free breakfast which isn’t too bad.
It’s about 15 min back south in I35 to downtown Waco.

Have you tried RVParky.com for campground info? Works pretty good.

Howdy from Lake Whitney, Texas. Halfway between Fort Worth and Waco. You'll love the forum lots of great folks willing to help! Glad you're enjoying the rig! DW and I took a run out to the northwest coasr in October, LOVED it! Late May should be great weather here in TX. Have fun!
