Hi Folks!
Bill and Kit from Coastal Maine. Well, at least during the few weeks of summer, after which we hit the road south until it gets reasonabily warm before making a right turn, meandering about until we encounter the Pacific. At which point we stumble north into Canada before making another right turn and arriving back home to start the cycle over once again. Background is 22 years US Navy, 21 years with Lockheed, and 6 years retired. Looking to move from our 22 foot trailer to a 35 foot fifth wheel and have tons of question.....standby, incoming!

Welcome to the forum! I'm pretty new myself and I can tell you that this is a very friendly, welcoming, helpful group of folks.
Thank you for your service, Bill. My dad was Navy (WWII) as was his dad (WWI). I have great memories of my dad's Navy stories. He loved being at sea. Served over 5 years after having joined at age 17, right after he graduated high school. His mom had to sign for him!
Hope you two enjoy the forum, have safe travels, and find your dream 5er soon!
Mel
