HI From Alberta, Canada

Hi, my wife and I just traded in our 38 ft. Big Country 5th wheel for a 2005 42ft Travel Supreme. We are enjoying our unit very much despite engine cooling problems on two different trips. We hope to get the problems resolved and look forward to traveling in our M/H. There is lots in North America to see

Hi Bob and welcome to IRV2 forums a great (well certainly one of the best) places to get information and contacts for RV'ing. Was out your way in 2010 but haven't done much since. We plan to go to BC in the near future provided travel is still affordable then
Cheers from NS
Willey

Welcome. I spent many years in Edmonton, and learned to enjoy the warm a lot more than the cold, moved to Florida and never regretted it. I do the reverse of some and live in Florida and holiday in the north in summer. This is a great rv forum and everyone seems friendly and helpfull. Maybe we will meet on the trail. Hi Bob, welcome to the forum. That sounds like a nice change. Congratulations on your Travel Supreme. The most likely causes of overheating problems is either a dirty radiator or thermostats.

Hey Bob,
Congratulations on the new rig and hope you will have many happy travels with it. We were having some overheating issues as well (mainly on continuous uphill grades). I followed some of the advice from this site and cleaned the radiator throughly with some Simple Green all purpose cleaner. We'll know later today if that help solve the problem.
Best of luck to you in finding the issue. You may even want to post a question under the "Manufacturer" or "Chassis" forums for your coach.
Safe Travels & Enjoy

Hi Bob and welcome from one Albertan to another. Sounds like you have a pretty spiffy rig, congratulations! We are in a much smaller, older unit, but we love the lifestyle. Maybe we will see you on the road somewhere.
