HI from Central PA

Hi all, we are Ron and Nancy. We are very new to RVing, we bought our MH (first RV of any kind) to see the country. I just retired and Nancy will retire next year. WE have alot to learn, can anyone suggest some good books on motorhomes ?

Welcome to the forum Ron and Nancy! Congratulations on your new rig and on establishing your plans for the next phase of your lives. You'll find a lot of great info here so feel free to post any questions as they come up.

I'm sure some will chime in on book suggestions.

Best of Luck,

Rick

If you have any questions give us a try, Camp out in your driveway a day or two and you get an idea of what you need out on the road. Congratulations on the Motor home.

Hi Ron and Nancy and welcome to the forum. Although I cant help you with books on RVing I agree with Lued on camping in your driveway for a few days to get familiar with your new coach.

The search feature on this site can answer just about any question you have, and don't be afraid to ask .......... There is no such thing as a dumb question.

One thing you might consider is joining some RV clubs such as Good Sams, FMCA, and Escapees. The memberships include monthly RV magazines with a ton of information.

Within these clubs there are chapters with common interests, and local rallies.
Where abouts are you in Central Pa? We are from the Wilkes-Barre Scranton area and belong to a few Pa chapters that may interest you.

Safe Travels,

Paul & Carol
