Hi from Commerce Township, MI

Well we're finally taking the plunge and joining this great forum. We learned about it while visiting the Newmar factory last October. We met GaryKD and another Newmar owner at a restaurant in Nappanee. Gary recommended the site. We have some RVing experience. We used to have a 1998 Itasca Sunrise and managed to see the 48 states with it during summer vacations from 1999 through 2003 while our girls were younger and I was still working. I am now 53 and retired. My wife, Lisa, is 51 and still works part-time at a golf course. Our goal is to get the house ready this year, sell it next year, and buy a motorhome and be on the road full time by the fall of 2011. The real estate market will determine if our plan stays on time. We hope to start our full-time adventures in a Newmar Dutch Star.

Dale,
Welcome to the site. Newmar makes a beautiful coach. I know you're looking forward to getting one and setting out in it. In the meantime, the folks here will assist you any way they can and answer any questions you may come up with. GaryKD steered you to the right place.
