Hi from good ol' Indiana

I joined awhile back but just noticed this new member check in page. I can't wait for warmer weather to start camping!

JandJ;

Welcome to iRV2. I believe a lot of us in the northern states have cabin fever and are looking forward to warmer weather. I might suggest you add your rig to your signature line so our members can better help you with any questions you may have.

JandJ:

Hi from Tampa, and WELCOME to iRV2.

Wife (Lynette) and I have been on the road full time since 05 and as we run a Newmar rig, have been to Nappanee a few times. We sure enjoy that area of Indiana. Where do you folks live, and, what are some of your travel plans?? Look fwd. to meeting sometime down the road.

Again, WELCOME.

We are in the Lafayette area. We just bought a puma TT 26RLSS. Very excited about it. Our family actually has a home in Tampa, FL area. St Pete to be exact. My husband proposed to me on Clearwater beach we have plans for early may to travel to FL. We have reservations at ST Joseph peninsula state park. I know that isn't very close to Tampa, but FL none the less. Lol. We are planning on going to prophets town, Indiana as soon as the weather get a little warmer and no more snow. Yay. I love this forum, we have learned sooo much already from all of the veteran campers.

Hi there neighbor
We stayed a Prophetstown last summer for a few days. There's a lower section that has wonderful privacy between sites & an upper section that's wide open. The sites are all level & spacious & the bathhouse is new & nice. Bring your bikes, there's a lot of paved trails to go on. Take a look at the pictures of it in my albums. I also did a review, see Campgrounds section (2nd review). Stop in at Lafayette Brewing Company for a bite to eat with a pint of a local brewed beer.

There is great need for a sarcasm font.
