Hi from New Zealand planning to RV in USA

Hi Everyone, Catherine and I bought an RV in Fresno in 2009, brought it back to New Zealand where we converted it to right hand drive and toured our home country, we recently sold it and are planning to buy another RV in the US and tour there over the next few years. We plan to set up at RV parks and camps and use mountain bikes to meet people and explore the area, having read many forum posts over the last six months or so we know there are many wonderful fellow RVers and we are looking forward to meeting you, regards and safe travels Doug Kirby.

Welcome, This is a great place to visit. We have friends your way that were under the impression most things could be seen in a few weeks. It took us many weeks to convince them this really is a bit of a large country. Take your time, and see the wonderful country and do not forget Alaska. Also, most RV's are great people but a few are not so welcoming, don't let that bother you. We have traveled many states and many places and never had a problem. You will not either if you use common sense.
