Oldun,
Please do drop by and visit here often. The pond is getting smaller everyday. If you have any questions about your Suncruiser please allow us to help!

Welcome to iRV2 I'm sure you'll enjoy your time spent here.
I'm absolutely amazed at the amount of people in the UK who have motor homes.

A happy coincidence that my first post on this forum is to tell someone else from Lancashire that I was born in Chorley, it's also where my parents and their families originated. My wife - Olwen - and I are also expats, resident in Dubai for the past 19 years, with previous unbroken work experience and family residency in Yemen, Qatar, Oman, Dubai and Turkey since 1979.
We're starting to believe that in 2011 we could retire and implement our exit plan of re-discovering UK/Europe from a motorhome

Welcome to both of you, oldun and mangolover!
Must be an interesting drive in that Winnebago, from the UK to Florida. I'd like to see photos.
Happy trails...

Welcome to the forum. How are your gas prices there? Does it limit your RV'ing?

Hi thought I would answer your question.
Over here diesel is now £1.41 per litre and Petrol about £1.38 !!!!
I go away with my son who is 12 nearly every weekend winter & summer so it is getting very expensive but we have a great time together which makes up for the cost of fuel.
