Hi, I am Greg. On a one year vacation!!!

Hello everyone. My first RV was a 93 Class C that my wife and I enjoyed on weekends and a couple of 2 week trips. Its gone and so is she! So I am taking a break and bought a 40ft CC Inspire in Jan 2011 to start this adventure. However, I didnt pass my 50 physical last year and had to stay local for treatment. That's done for the most part, so after living in this for a year and a half, its time to hit the road. Hmm?

Not going to spend another summer in TX, thats for sure. I have been trying to decide for a few months now and still have no direction. Maybe that's a good thing. Only commitment is upstate NY in Sept. I bought a trailer to pull the AWD car, but it turned out to be too weak. So it sold yesterday and I ordered a new heavier duty trailer that will be ready in 10 days. So, 10 more days to ponder <^> ?

Hobbys? Motorcycling, Kayaking, Billiards, Frisbee or tossing a football, shooting (but not hunting) 1/4 mile track days and eating well. Scary, but I also like fixing things. I know, right? LOL

Looking forward to being a positive member of this forum. Looks like fun.

Welcome. On your way to NY, you might want to stop by some of the state parks in Pennsylvania (if you like the forest).

Hi Greg, welcome to IRV2. Take your time and enjoy your trip. NY will be nice in September. I used to live south of the Thousand Islands. Beautiful area. Safe travels.
