Hi, I'm planojones and I'm an RVholic!

Is that cheesy enough for a greeting? lol.. anyhoo 2 Fridays ago
my wife and I took delivery of a new 2013 Open Range Roamer, model 337RLS. For quite some time my wife and I have admired the Open Range product after having first viewed them at an RV show here in Oklahoma City in 2008. We are avid RV fans having both come from families who RV’ed and have truly enjoyed weekends and summer vacations with our respective families for many years.
Tent camping became to “dangerous” while on Navy Recruiting duty in the state of Michigan (too many late night visits by members of the black bear family) my wife and I purchased our first travel trailer in Rockport MI in 1998. We have since upgraded to fifth wheels, a Forest River, Holiday Rambler, North American Traveler and now the Open Range.

Hi and Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!

Congrats on the new rig! We pulled a 5er for 10 years before getting the MH last year. We loved it!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

Plano Texas

Well originally we are both from Tx. lol, Not Plano but Johnson County (south of Fort Worth). I picked up the handle years and years ago in the service but, it has served well down thru the years.

open range also

Hello Planojones,

We have a 2014 RF337RLS and love it. We were at an Open Range rally a couple weeks ago and had a lot of fun.

I have been a member of this forum for several years, but now that I have an Open Range there does not seem to be much information.

I found the Open Range Owners forum and there are lots of owners that can answer any question you might have. Look for me as tparr.

Good luck with your new unit.

Tom
