We just purchased our first 5th wheel to be pulled by a Dodge Ram Quad Cab 2500. We are a family of 4 and a dog in New Hampshire. We will take delivery of it this coming week, i can't wait! We'll be doing our first camping trip very soon!

Any thoughts you have about hauling, camping with a pet (she's 8 months old and never been camping) and anything else is appreciated!

twogr8kdz, welome to iRV2.com and congratulations on your new 5th wheel. THe dog will love going camping with the family. Depending of the size you may or may not have a problem at certain campgrounds. The small dogs are almost never a problem to get into a campground. Some of the campground in state parks may not allow a large dog. Keep the dog on a leash and carry small plastic bags in your pocket for cleaning up when they do thier business. Good luck and enjoy!
