Just a quick note to say hi! I have been spending this cold, wintery day reading some of the posts on this forum. It seems like a great place to hang around so I thought I ought to "check in".

My DH & I like to go camping in our travel trailer every chance we get. We enjoy fishing, hiking, bike riding, sitting around a campfire, but most of all we enjoy the friends we have met along the way.

We started out tent camping a few times but that didn't go all that well, perhaps I am just too old for tents. We bought a used pop up to see if we would enjoy camping in more comfort. It didn't take long and I was hooked! About a year later we found our perfect for us, gently used, Sunline travel trailer. Now we get out and have fun in it every weekend we possibly can and we take a week long trip once a year.

I will enjoy getting to know y'all! Thanks for letting me introduce myself.

OkieCat, welcome aboard. Check in on the South Central section for info on the Oklahoma Boomer gang. They'll start camping once the ice melts....

Hey OkieCat,

Welcome to iRV2, we're really glad to have you here as a new member and are looking forward to reading your posts about your RVing experiences and adventures in your travel trailer. You'll find a great bunch of folks on this site who are very knowledgeable of RVing, the rigs we use, and the places we go in them.

As you'll see, they're eager to help and share their knowledge and experiences with others.

If you're looking for something to do that'll be a lot of fun, you might want to consider joining us at our 6th annual National Rally being held in the Smokey Mountains this summer. We'd love to have you come.

Again, welcome to iRV2, we're glad you joined.
