Howdy from Fargo

Obligatory first post...

My wife and I have started the process of researching and shopping for an RV. A lot of misc searches seem to end up on this site so figured I should join so I can eventually ask questions.

The only solid requirements we have are that it has bunks for our 2 small children (<2 and almost 4yo) and that it can comfortably tow the Jeep (2013 JK Rubicon Unlimited). After driving the neighbors 2015 Georgetown 351 recently I'm leaning towards a class A and going a little bigger than we absolutely need right now. The goal is to keep it 10 years hoping to avoid taking a bath every couple years 'trading up' to keep up with the growing family.

A used Newmar 3510 caught our eye that we are hoping to look at this weekend. Based on what I've been reading, you generally can't go wrong with that brand, though we are not stuck on any one brand yet.

Any compelling reason to look at Class C or should I keep focused on the A's?

Thanks,
Mike

Welcome, stay with a Class A. More storage capacity and more weight carrying capacity.

Glad to have you here in the forum with us.

With two growing kids space and storage will become very important. You will have a lot of storage space staying with a class A.
You'll love the Newmar when you get up close to it.

Happy Trails!!!

from WA state!

I'd stick with the Type A mh's. Late wife and I had two Dutch Stars and should have stayed with Newmar.
