Good Morning Alaska: I think the closest I will get to Alaska is watching "Ice Roads Truckers" on TV. [LOL]
At present I am having a hard time keeping warm here in Texas.
But what I see of up there in the spring and summer it is a nice place. Just never wore a snow suit in the summer. [LOL]

I was in La Porte 2 weeks ago for meetings, thought the weather was great.

We have warm summers; Anchorage area sees low 70s, Fairbanks can hit the 90s (I don't go there in the summer), Prudhoe Bay only gets in to the 60s reliably.

Most tourist areas in the summer will be in the 70s.

Our temps feel very different than similar temps in the lower 48 due to the lack of humidity. In AK when its 30 thats shirt sleeve weather, when i'm in Ohio and it's 30 I put on a heavy coat.

Evening All; I'm headed out to Tenn. tonight to pick up my 1991 Monaco. Older unit, but only has 37,000 miles and has been garage kept. So it really not even broke in yet. I also want to beat the incoming weather [winter] and also pick up my Santa present early!!
Merry Christmas to all!!
