LOts of people have done this, as have I. Do a search and yo will see lots of threads with pictures and step by step. If that does not do it for you then say so and many of us can chime in on specifics to help. If you have some basic tools and some woodworking experience then this is a fairly esy deal.
Getting the old TV out sometimes stumps people but mustang652 did the same MH so should have the keys---just be careful the CRT TV's are really heavy---I had help when it came out and glad I did---young guy---limber and strong---did exactly what I told him to do.
Install---can be done in many ways depending on what you want to accomplish, Basically it comes down to fit for the size of flat screen you want to install, planning how to get it in and how you will remove it later, adequate bracing (very important) and trim so it looks nice.
You will get plenty of help----after viewing the pics from mustang652 just start asking specific questions.
