hello all I just joined and wanted to tell you a little about us. Heather and and I have been campers for several years but mainly in popups and sailboats. Our oldest dog went blind so it was time to put it back to camp grounds instead of lakes and the gulf. Since Heather is much better with money than I am she would only allow me to spend slightly more than I sonld my sail boat for. I bought a 94 27ft 5th wheel terry that had some roof problems in the past. Since I had rebuilt my 1st pop up's 1974 roof I thought that few panels would be easy, we shall see. When I bought my sail boat a 23 ft aquarius i joined a yahoo group that was a wealth of help. So I thought that it would be best to join a group that knew more aboyt RV's and Campers than I to begin this Journey. I will post pics Of my first task and see what wisdom I can gain before I do my usual and get in over my head in aproject. Any help and advice is appreciated and needed

Welcome! I know nothing about roofs except mine is at the repair shop now getting the 5 year old roof re-sealed. They showed me pictures of what was up there (gaps and a broken cover) and my reply was "Yikes"! Roof repairs are VERY expensive.
