Hi everyone! I'm Ellen, and my husband and I are new 5th wheel owners. We just moved into it a couple weeks ago, we live on the road for work. We travel with our dog, Ruby.

We're in Jacksonville, NC.
Yes, we love to say that we bought the rig for our dog! It stresses her when we move into a new hotel, we're hoping this will be the last 'new' place she has to get used to.

I know, our dog just had his first trip in the motorhome and he loves it. Just being with us is all he wants.

Was stationed in Jacksonville for about 5 years in the 70's. Have some fond (and not so fond) memories of our time there. Bought my first home and my first motorhome while there.
Let me add my welcome and hope to hear more from you.
Bob

If your as new to RV ownership as I am you'll find this a wonderful place of information, I know I have.
Don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have.

Hi Ellen, I'm pretty new here too. Best forum I have found!!! I was worried about our little fella, Buddy when we started, but he has never been happier. We now call him Buddy the RV dog. I'll bet Ruby will thrive in her own traveling home. Good luck and
