Hi everyone, my name is Tom and my wife is Darlene, we live in Aurora Oregon (near Portland). We are longtime RVers, but recently took over an RV newspaper called Western RV News & Recreation. We also just purchased a diesel pusher, Rexhall RoseAir. Our passions are RVing and Bluegrass music, so we attend Bluegrass festivals as we publish the newspaper on the road. I have roots in Southern California, while Darlene hails from Virginia / N. Carolina. You can look us up on the web at westernrvnews.com. We would love to hear from any other Bluegrass RVers out there, and will be watching this forum for topics of interest.

Howdy!

Welcome to iRV2 - you'll like it here.

I LOVE bluegrass . . . but also like the old country stuff, like Bob Wills, Jim Reeves, Ernest Tubb, Don Williams, etc. If a teenager was to find my iPod, they'd think it came from a foreign country!

Just for fun, take a listen to a REAL radio station here in Texas . . . KHYI plays what we call "hard country" --

Plays the real old time country music in the Houston Area.

I sure don't like the way the new country is heading.

And Welcome to IRV2....
