Hello All

We have just purchased our 2nd RV, the first being a '89 34ft Fleetwood Bounder that was and still is in good shape but since we are now using our RV for temp housing as we travel for work we have found it wasn't quite big enough for two adults and two dogs (small) as it had no slide outs.

We have just purchased a 40ft Travel Supreme 5th wheel with slide out kitchen booth and slide out sofa. Wow what a difference.

We love this kind of living and see ourselves either in an RV for life or on a Boat. For now we are sticking to our land yacht. The best times we have had have been in Campgrounds and we would love to get back to one but so far have not found one that is 4 seasons near where we will be working. If any of you know of one that will take an older but still in great condition 40ft 5th wheel near Philly please let us know.

Happy RVing

Welcome to iRV2. I don't have an answer to your question but am sure some knowledgeable person will be along soon with advice.

Welcome.

You are right, not much of a selection in that area. In a pinch, have you tried some of the Mobile Home Parks. Some of them are set up to accommodate travelers. Not all, but some. It may be an option if they have space.

Good luck.

Wayne M thanks for the info, actually that is where we are now a trailer park. We used to be at a campground but they were only for the season so although we loved being there it wasn't practical to keep moving and we couldn't find a month to month rental so we could take off in the summers.
