Hello everybody, guess I'll tell you a little about myself.
I live in the Cape Fear region of North Carolina, and am an avid Jeeper.
I don't have a very extensive history in RVing, I did some traveling in a small trailer a few years ago. I'm thinking about getting back into it in a few years with a much better rig, so I'm here to try to plan this rig.
Right now I'm thinking about a rig involving a toterhome based on either an International Durastar crew cab(really interested in their new Hybrid engine for the Durastar, but I'm not sure about it) or a Freightliner M2 crew cab. I'd want to be able to comfortably sit up to 4 people in the cockpit. Ideally the toterhome would pull a nice fifth wheel with a few bunks, kitchenette, bathroom and a garage for my Jeep. I've already done a lot of research into these ideas but what I really need is input from some experienced RV enthusiasts, so that's what I'm looking for here.
Anyway, I'm glad I found this forum full of intelligent and helpful people (from what I've seen so far), and I look forward to becoming part of the community!

I grew up in Wilmington so I know the Cape Fear region well, including the swamps of Brunswick County where my Girl Scout camp was.
I'm a brand-new member of this group, but I'll say welcome anyhow.
