Let the adventures begin as a new RV'er!
Hello everyone! I'm starting to explore the world of RV's with the plan of purchasing one. This is being done on a single female's budget so it's an exploration of an older and smaller motor home. Tomorrow I'm looking at a 2003 30' Damon Daybreaker. That might be bigger than what I want. Actually I'm not even sure whether the Class A's, B+'s or C's would be the best for me. I will probably also look at the Class C or B+'s that might be more economical to own(?) and smaller to handle. It will be for me and my 2 small dogs and to take along a friend now and then. I hope to retire within the next year and am looking forward to being able to go places where dogs are welcome vs. a rented condo or hotel room. Also looking forward to spending some of these ungodly winters where it might be warm. I camped with my kids when they were young, but haven't camped since then, other than some backpacking. So....if anyone has words of wisdom or experience to share about which type of motor home might be the best suited to a single female with 2 dogs, fire away! I'm all ears. Thanks! Diane
