Looking for some new knowledge

Good afternoon,

My name is Brandon and I have joined to gain some knowledge about RVing. My grandparents had an RV years ago and I have lots of great memories of traveling with them. I am looking to retire from military service in about 9 months and my wife and I are wanting to take advantage of the upcoming career transition and take an extended RV tour of the US with our 4 kids. Since I don't have any real practical experience in an RV as an adult, nor do I have any idea of the costs involved, I'll be looking to you all for your knowledge and expertise. Again, I look forward to speaking to all of you.

Brandon

Welcome!

There is plenty of experience and knowledge here along with a willingness to help a fellow RV'er.

First, as a vet myself, thank you for your service. As you look through the menu of forums you will notice there is sub-forum for Military/Veteran RVing. There you can find some discussions pertinent to military folks.

You will find yourself spending a lot of time just reading through various discussions. Don't be afraid to ask questions if you don't know something. Someone usually has an answer or an explanation.

Again, welcome and enjoy!
