Mad Scotsman on the road!
Hello all, new to this forum, nit to RV;s, been lurking for about 10 years and driving around the USA, mainly East Coast. Started in a class C , now running a class A 1999 Fleetwood discovery 36 T , nice coach, but I have replaced about everything in it to keep it running and moving around.
Things replaced since I got it 6 years ago.
- New Cummins 5.9 I had the dreaded 39 block
- Debris cover over the slide
- Carpet with hardwood floor
- Step entrance with some cherry.
- step motor.
- Gen-set invertor, control board.
- Jacks controller
- generator/ shore control board
- Batteries, shore cord
- Lights to the front
- AC shed power controller
Hopefully she is going to be good to go for a while, I just got done withe the Onan 7.5 QD for the second time, first time the diesel pump on the Kubota siezed up due to gunk, Previous owner, this time the invertor and the governor problem, I bought an Onan 7.5 for spares, it has a good diesel engine and other parts.
I;m originally from Scotland hence the handle

Great to have you with us!
Your motorhome is saying to you--"thanks for the TLC, I am ready to serve your traveling needs!"
It is also saying as Evel Knievel said in '75, "I am in good grace with the Scots!"
Safe travels, best regards,
W.D.
