I'm new to this site and am wondering when or where is the Mexico site? Would like to hear others experiences and favorite places.

Welcome to IRV2. So far we do not have a Mexico Forum. So far I think you are about the only one to ask about Mexico. If there is enough interest, it may be possile to have a section down with the other regions.
