We are new to the group and sort-a not new to Rving. Dallas area is where the stick house is (until the new freeway takes it). Left the adult daughter and grandson there and we ran away, however have to send money to keep them from visiting.
DH (Native Texan) does software consulting, 11 months ago we came to San Diego for a 3 day gig. Still here, said he didn't want to work this hard in retirement. We have "the girls" 1 grumpy cat, 18 & 20 month old shelties and 1 9 yr old sheltie.
Me, (Native Californian)I am a cancer patient. When you get that msg. you just keep moving.... RVing is a great way to do that.
We're always doing some kind of upgrade to the Horizon 05 40KD so stay tuned, we'll have some strange questions.

Welcome to iRV2. The Texas Boomers are camping over Labor Day in Burleson. Check out the info in The South Central Section.

Deborah & John;
Welcome to IRV2. I believe you have found the friendliest site on the Internet. Post often and let us know about your RV travel experiences. The Winnebago Industries Owner' Forum has a gold mine of information and help if needed. If you would like some Winnebago Karma please ask.
Don
