Hello All: Wife and I newby fulltimers since Nov. Enjoying it immensely. We have a Silverback by Cedar Creek model 33IK new last June. Because the mfgr's are attempting to be "green" by not providing printed manuals, getting the proper website links to get those manuals has been a challenge at least....not used to that! Specifically, I'm needing help on a plumbing question. Actually it's a valve bypass position to go to the fresh water tank supply from the city water. I know to throw the valve from "city water" to "gravity" for the fresh water tank. But is there a bypass valve close by that needs to be positioned in line to enable the water pump to function? Funny thing, when we took the new camper on it's maiden voyage the water pump and fresh water tank worked great! A warranty service call early on but after that trip may have been the cause. The service guys started to winterize my camper but I didnt want that so they stopped. Wonder if a valve was inadvertently left closed or open...? Thanks in advance for any guidance.
