Need help with Ford e350 7.5l mechanical fuel pump

Having problems getting old Betsy going. Will run when gas is poured in the carb, will crank fine, just not getting gas to the carb. Changed the oil pressure switch today, going to change the mechanical fuel pump first before I decide to drop a fuel tank and change the in tank fuel pump. Any tips on location, maybe what's going on, or how to fix would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
