New 2016 Jayco Redhawk 26XD owner with questions

Bought the Redhawk 2 weeks ago took it on a short 200 mile trip to get to know it. Have several questions about it.
1) Is there a way to get the inverter to work while you are driving so passengers can use their kindles etc? If so will the refrigerator run on electric then?
2) Can anyone explain the two switches used to toggle between various water sources. City water, country fill etc?
3) Should you travel with spare tires and if so how many different rims would be required or are they all interchangeable? Where would you get them?
4) Would it be wise to have at least manual scissor jacks installed?
5) Has anyone installed LED lights under the awning? If so where did you tap into a power circuit. I want to do it but it will have to look good when finished allowing me to either use the porch light or the LEDs.

Thanks for your help planning trip to Alaska end of May!

12V DC power from battery
120V AC power output
What size/type inverter will determine what can be used

Turn Inverter ON.check that any Circuit Breakers on inverter are ON
Fridge electric heat element.......probably a 325W element/3A

City water
Water supply via hose
Country Fill
Fills fresh water tank for on-board pump usage

Spare tires (and RIMS)
Get a good Roadside Assistance (CouchNet)

Leveling blocks to level side to side and front to rear so FRIDGE is operated level (Reasonably Level....comfortable to walk sleep level)
Operating fridge OFF Level WILL result in overheating which causes blockage which is permanent and will KILL RV Absorption Fridges. Damage is accumulative and can happen with just 20 minutes of Off Level Operation

Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!

Congrats on the new rig! I'm not familiar with that RV so can't be much help with your questions. Keep her between the ditches!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!
