New and need some help with soft kwikee steps

Good morning, afternoon all. We are new to rv'ing and have a 2000 Winnebago chieftan. The exterior steps are sagging, with the bottom step now sitting on the ground. I have searched this site before and saw something on repairs but can't seem to find it now. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

Sorry. I don't have a picture, but the steps sag, they do not stay in place and when you step down they move with the lower step hitting the ground.

Hi folks! Welcome to IRV2! It's good to have you join us! Hope someone can help with the step problem. That sounds like it could be dangerous if you're not extra careful! Good luck & God bless!
