New arrival

Hey all..

New RV owner, our coach is a 1988 Tiffin Allegro M-33. Needs some work, but all in all it's in decent shape and I think we'll enjoy tooling around the Rockies in it...

73!

Well the coach sat for several years, so the tires are pretty well rotted, they'll need replacing. There appear to be some wiring issues, I think mostly related to the electric parking brake. Other than that, she's pretty well ready to be used. Doesn't look like there has ever been a leak in the roof or anything like that...

Great News

Well that is great news!! Looks wonderful!! Keep us updated!! We've had a lot of fun making our Bounder what we wanted it to be! Apparently by definition we are RV Mutants! Which I fine by us! Its always a joy and challenge with any "new" vehicle, I'm sure you will be road ready soon enough!

RV "Mutant," eh? Wait til I get the coach set up with HF, VHF and UHF gear, they'll think I'm some sort of mobile command post for NASA!

We've already decided we'll be taking some trips to the Black Hills over the next year or two. Wife is from Oregon, I'm from Upstate New York, so life here on the prairie has us missing the hills and mountains of our homes. We've made a couple of trips to the Black Hills over the past two summers, can't wait to spend some time camping there in our new toy!
