New Buckeye Member, Howdy Folks!!
Hi all! I am going to look at a Vintage mid 70s pull behind ths weekend. It is in the 22' range. The brand name is "Avenger". From what I can find out it was a mid-lower line from Fleetwood. I am really hoping that the structure is sound. From what I have been told, the fridge, furnace and stove all work. It has an awning as well. I am getting it cheap so I am really going to try to look it over well before purchase. There is no roof top AC unit but there is a window unit hanging out the back. It is a duel axle trailer and is supposed to have newer tires. Guess we will see what it looks like up close on Sunday.
I have never owned a camper before so this will be a learning experience for sure. I am able to do almost if not all the repairs/updates myself. I will post a few pictures if I do get it and get it home. I am just hoping it fits in the barn if I get it.
Guess we will just have to wait and see.

Welcome to the site.
As a suggestion, when you go to look at the RV take your time. Turn things on and let them run awhile, then turn them off and on again. Try everything out that you can. Sit down in the RV and take your time.

Welcome, fellow Buckeye. just want to make sure you have the proper vehicle and equalizing hitch system, if you plan on traveling with this trailer. the older ones are heavier then the new ones, but they still can be a lot fun. looking foward to some pics.

I have a E350 van with a tow package. I hope that is enough to tow it. I guess I just assumed it would be. Is it enough??
