New Class A member

Hi all,

We just purchased a 2008 Fleetwood Revolution LE 40R. We are picking it up this weekend. We are upgrading from an Airstream. Just wanted more space and a more comfortable ride for my 5 yr old daughter. She already named it "Wally" Our Airstream was "Sally". I am sure I will have many questions for you all. Any input on the Revolution would be greatly appreciated.

Tom

Welcome and congrats on your new MH. You should enjoy the change. We had a TT and with 2 small children and 2 dalmations it didn't work for trips. Now we have room to roam and everyone can relax.

Happy travels.

Welcome also to the forum. I'm sure you'll love looking out the big window going down the road...and in the campgrounds. We call it our picture window for the dogs. :-)

Nice looking coach! For what it's worth, the exterior is identical to the 2011 except for the paint design. The dash is also identical. So, I won't tell if you don't.

Here's to many happy (s)miles in your new rig.

pip8688 .... just curious, what type of access do you have to the back with all slides in? Looks like a new one! Awesome.

Dunlapml,

the street side slide is a full wall slide and when closed, we still have good 24-28" of clearance to access the bedroom and the bathroom. The unit has 15k miles on it. When brand new, it had 2.5k. The coach was in CA and the owners were in CO.

To all

Thanks all for your kind words. We really like the floor plan alot. The coach was built in Mar 2008, was originally purchased in Nov 2009 and was put on sale at a dealer I think around Jan of this year, so the original owners used it for about a year.
