The more you read the more questions you'll find answers for that you would not have thought to question in the first place.

Hello and Welcome! I like New England states in the summer. We didn't quite make it to Maine this year, hopefully next year. Hope to see you on the road one day. Happy Travels.

Welcome to IRV2

Last year we took a trip up to Pine Acres Family Campground Oakham, Massachusetts. It was a really nice place with a great lake. I hope to wander up into Vermont at some point this summer

There are some great areas to visit in Vermont. There are also some great campgrounds, along with the not-so-great. Vermont State Parks have no hookups and sites can be a bit small, but they are beautiful.

We like the KOA in Brattleboro, which is a nice base for exploring Southern VT.

The Champlain Islands in the north western part of the state are beautiful and there are numerous full service campgrounds in the area.

Welcome and enjoy.

Welcome. We like Maine but don't get up there as often as we would like just due to the size of the state. Our favorite spot is Portage Lakeside Cabins on Portage Lake in Northern Maine (Rt 11 up by Fort Kent). Once again, Welcome.

I am trying to find out if my hitch will allow me to do this. I have a 2" ball at rated 5000lbs on it but I found a note in the old manual Max hitch weight not to exceed 200 lbs / 2000 lbs towing capacity. What is a Car on a Dolly calculate out to?
Thanks
Marlon

You really should checkout Mount Desert Island in Maine when you are here it is Wonderful well worth the trip great sites available. On your way to or from stop at OOB / Old Orchard Beach they have some nice sites as well.
Thanks
