New from Minnesota

Hey Folks,
I've stalking this forum for a couple months while doing research on our first class A RV. Thank you to all who post their experiences and knowledge. A community like this one makes it easier for a guy like me to make better decisions. I'm very green when it comes to the RV world.
The wife and I are going to the dealer on Tuesday to work out a deal on a 2006 Forest River Georgetown 342DS. This will be our second trip there for test drives. 12K miles on the V10 and not many hours on the generator. Rubber is 2011 and looks in good condition. The coach seems to have been really well cared for. Because of this site, I have two pages of questions that the dealer will need to answer before I fork over any money.
This coach will be used many ways. I tow a 20ft tandem axle aluminum trailer with two side by sides on it and ride everywhere from CA to TN. Loaded weight is under 4,000lbs and it has brakes. I also race bicycles all over the country. I don't think I'll hunt out of it. That might beat it up a little and I don't think it's made for cold weather like my Dad's Arctic Fox slide in is.
Any last minute suggestions for a first time buyer? I think I read most of the threads on newbies. Only a few days left until I jump in the deep end!

Welcome from another Minnesotan. Sounds like you have a good plan to check it over closely. Grew up 25 miles from Buffalo.
