New from Montana

Just popped in to say hi from "the last best place". We bought our first motorhome - a class c, shortly after getting married two years ago. Decided we liked this style of camping so took on the daunting task of getting my mother's and her husband's 1990.5 Class A Bounder up and running starting last year. They bought it in '93 and put a whopping 7000 miles on it bringing the total up to 36K miles. It hadn't moved since 1999 - was started every year until 2004 when it appears the fuel pump went out.

Well, a year and a half later, I've got it up and running, new tires, total inspection of brakes, hoses, lines, electrical, etc. I've got all systems working except the generator (thinking fuel pump). This weekend, we're taking it on it's first adventure in over 10-12 years.

We're empty nesters - just barely 50, I manage a small manufacturing corporation and my wife is retired from TSA.

Howdy.. nice to have you here. I see you are from St. Ignatius.. we were there for a couple of visits when I went to U of M for some summer woodcarving classes f number of years ago. Went up in your neck a few times to visit the National Bison Range.. that was a hoot each time
