Welcome to iRV2 .
From the west coast.
Just a warning , some USA border guards can throw a real snit , when dealing with Canadian Full Time RVers, I would say to join the Canadian Snowbird Association and find out , about the rules regarding ; maintaining a closer connection to Canada. If planning to spend extended length of time every year, investigate US, IRS form 8840 to avoid paying taxes in both countries.
A lot of the , closer connection info is on the CSA web site and can be viewed without joining, and a pdf. of the 8840. But the CSA is trying to get a " Retired Canadian Travel Visa" through the US government , that will clear up a lot of the current length of stay problems. So good to stay on top of the progress by joining up.
